By using this site, by sending or delivering your application(s), and/or other document(s) to Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd, and by using any of the services published on Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd, you acknowledge reading and accepting these terms & conditions and agree not to violate our policies.

You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.
 
You agree to be responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
 
If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.
 
MODIFICATION
 
Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and will not take liability for any issues arising from such action. Your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. Thus it is advised that you regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
 
VOCABULARY
 
Date format: DD/MM/YYYY (example: 15 January 2012)

Time Zone: Turkey time (GMT +7)

Working days: From Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday & National holidays)

Working hours: 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM every working day.

Multiple / Single entry: It means multiple entries, not multiple applicants.
Single entry: Passport holders are allowed to enter / exit Turkey ONCE within the period of time given in their evisa.

Multiple entries: Passport holders are allowed to enter / exit Turkey MULTIPLE TIMES within the period of time given in their evisa.


PROCESSING TIME


In normal cases, it takes 3 working days (for normal processing service) or 1 working day (for urgent processing service), super urgent in 4 hours, the evisa will be done as promised time after we receive and confirm your FULL payment and receive the full extra documents (passport copy, portrait and flight ticket from you) (not from the time you did the evisa application form online). In special cases, additional documents may be required and processing time may be longer than usual depending on the Government processing time situation unexpectedly. In such cases, we will follow your case and update you promptly.

Our service is completed once the evisa is sent to the email address you submitted during the application process. You are required to notify us if you do not receive the letter in time, if there is no email from you informing us that you do not receive the letter within 7 days, the service is to be completed. We are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the wrong email addresses supplied by applicants or the situation that applicants do not notify us by email that an approval letter is not received.


Rules for getting Turkey evisa of Last minutes service:


For international flights, the check-in deadlines are usually 60 minutes before boarding, and you are often not able to check in after this time. We require the passport copy/your portrait and flight e ticket copy to double check the check in time then issue the Turkey e visa.
In above cases, Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd has no responsibility for any delay, cancellation, financial and other losses due to the evisa delay.

Once you apply and pay for this service, you do need to call us at our hotline or send the email to confirm and then keep checking your email. We do not be in charge of any unexpected problem due to your forgetting to check email to get this evisa Turkey approved letter or not give us a phone call


FEES AND PAYMENTS


You are required to pay all fees and charges for the service offered by Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd. 

Requirements and fees related to the processing of Turkey e visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, application forms and documentation required for evisa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.


CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS


The No-refund policy is run on all Turkey evisa applications submitted on Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd. Thus if you wish to cancel your evisa application with us, kindly contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost.

- No refund: We shall NOT reimburse you in case of 1) Any reason for cancellation after your evisa request was submitted to the Government system.  2) Refusal of entry by Turkey Immigration Officer at Turkey airport for the Evisa on arrival. 3) Refusal to use the evisa approval letter provided by Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd. 4) (For Extra Services such as Airport Speedup and Car pick-up) changing about your flight details and arrival day but you do not inform us in advance.

Please note that once you have received the Turkey evisa approval letter, a refund will no longer be valid.

We promise to provide the services (the Turkey evisa) at your request with the correct time public on our website based on available slots for urgent as our confirmation (in 3 days, 1 day, 4 hours, or last minute service within 1 hour). However, the clients can enter Turkey any time during the evisa’s validity, so we don’t care about the time you enter Turkey as it depends on each person.

It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested evisa at the time of your intended departure Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for any evisa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect evisa information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any evisa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your evisa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure. EVISA INFORMATION MUST BE DOUBLE CHECKED CAREFULLY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT to avoid THE MISTAKES from the Government or Applicants

=>> If we do not receive any email for error correction from you within 24 hours from the time we send out the approval letter, Government and Evisa Online Services Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any failed applications, declined entries, evisa fee losses or other related problems.

2. Mistakes from applicants must be paid again to get the new evisa approval letter by contacting us via email or hotlines as soon as possible.

For the Evisa Requirement of the allowed port, airlines enter, so by applying this evisa through our website, you agree to follow the Government policy of the evisa in order to get your evisa stamped. We will not refund in case you DO NOT follow the visa requirement once your evisa is approved.

All the fees will be refunded in case your application is declined.

DISCLAIMERS
 
It normally takes 3 working days to process an evisa; however, there may be exceptions like delay or cancellation due to unforeseen problems. Thus we strongly recommend that you apply for a evisa at least 3-7 days in advance of the travel date to avoid any unexpected issues.
 
Normally, it takes around 15-20 minutes to get the evisa stamped at the airport upon arrival; however, sometimes it may take longer than expected due to the large number of arrivals. The circumstances are unavoidable and we should not be held responsible for any loss incurred.
 
There might be rare circumstances under which your evisa application or entry is declined; in those cases, we will not refund you the full amount paid to us, and we will not be responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Turkey.

We are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Turkey in case your evisa application is declined by the Immigration Department of Turkey. In this case, we advise you to process an evisa before book other services.
