To get a Turkey e-visa, Hong Kong passport holders have to go to this link first to fill in an online form called Visa Application Form. Your information needs to match that in your passport. If there is anything wrong or different from what you have in your passport, your application will be rejected. 

After finishing your online registration, you can move on to the next step which is payment and confirmation. You can pay for the fee with your debit, or credit card such as Mastercard,  PayPal account. When your payment is done, you should check your mail to get the latest notifications.
